Cadmium Nitrate is a white, odorless crystal that absorbs moisture from the air.

 Cadmium Nitrate used to give a reddish-yellow luster to glass and porcelain, in photographic emulsions, 

and as a laboratory reagent

Product Application:

 

It is mainly used as a component in fertilizers but has other applications. Nitrocalcite is the name for a mineral which is a hydrated calcium .

cadmium nitrate tetrahydrate. a malignant tumour, but DNA damage does not lead inevitably to the creation of cancerous cells.

Cadmium nitrate tetrahydrate is used in Photographic emulsions,  Notes. Incompatible with reducing agents, organic materials, phosphorus, copper.
