Product Description:

Alkaline Coiler Cleaner for AC units, Coils non-acid coil cleaners developed to provide foaming and brightening capabilities comparable to acid-based coil cleaners without the dangers of strong acids for cleaning of Air coolers, Scavenging air systems and turbochargers of diesel engine.

In-Service Cleaning

Undiluted or as per system specs

Pass through air trunking upstream of the charge air cooler. Follow with clean water rinse.

Use proper dosing and injection system. Ensure thorough rinse.

Typical Cleaning (Spray)

1 part cleaner to 1–3 parts water

Apply using low-pressure sprayer. Leave for 3–7 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with water to remove all foam.

Remove all residues from roofs or surfaces to avoid deterioration. Fumes may cause irritation indoors.

Air Cooler / Turbocharger Cleaning

5–25% in water

Inject cleaning solution for 10–15 minutes. Follow with equal quantity of fresh water for rinsing.

Ensure engine is off. Proper drainage required during the process.

Hand Spray Cleaning

Use concentrate

Spray directly on coils. Allow at least 1 hour for penetration. Rinse with high-pressure water.

Keep drain valve open during cleaning. Close after flushing. Engine must remain off.

Soak Method

Concentrated solution

Dip parts in solution. Allow time for deposits to loosen. Rinse thoroughly.

Ideal for stubborn carbon on metal machine parts. Wear protective gloves and goggles.

 

Precaution ::--
Avoid skin / eye contact. Wear gloves and goggles when using. Use in well ventilated areas. Do not breathe vapors.
