RXSOL-81-8154-210 is composed of chelating agent, dispersant, pretreatment filming and surfactant. The chelating agent can chemically adsorb ferric and calcium, forming a hard film on metal surface.
A water-based, film-forming corrosion inhibitor designed for the protection of carbon steel and other ferrous metal surfaces in oil & gas production and industrial water systems.
The product combines film-forming amine chemistry, neutralizing/volatile amines, surface-active components and metal-protective additives to establish a persistent protective film on metal surfaces. This film reduces the contact between the metal and corrosive water, dissolved gases and acidic contaminants.
The product is particularly suitable for pretreatment/passivation of production flowlines, pipelines, vessels and associated oilfield equipment before continuous corrosion-control treatment.
Application
It has the advantages of quick filming, film homogeneization, chemical stable and low corrosion ratio. It can be used as pretreatment filming agent for equipment and pipeline of new system or after heavy repair. RXSOL-81-8154-210 is not affected by copper and ferric ions in water system.

Dosage
The dosage of 200-500mg/L is preferred. Pretreatment filming time for cold state is 48-72 hours, and for heat state is 24-48 hours.
