RXSOL Salt Remover Passivation Liquid is a specially formulated acidic surfactant-based cleaning solution designed for effective removal of salt deposits, mineral residues, and light corrosion products from metallic and non-metallic surfaces.

The formulation combines controlled acidity with surface-active agents, enabling deep penetration and dissolution of salt crystals while simultaneously assisting in surface conditioning (passivation effect), thereby reducing the risk of further corrosion.

Application

SURFACE PREPARATION: Best surface preparation yields the best results. If hydrocarbons are present, they should be removed prior to salt removal. Barrier materials, such as rust or scale or delaminated coatings, should be removed prior to salt removal. Sufficient mechanical force may be utilized so barrier materials are removed as part of salt removal procedures.

Before and after cleaning a small sample area, test the surface for contamination. Rewash as necessary and retest to assure desired cleanliness is achieved. It is not necessary to use the entire contents. Partially filled containers should be tightly closed.
