INOSITOL FOR BIOCHEMISTRY
Inositol, or more precisely myo-inositol, is a carbocyclic sugar that is abundant in the brain and other mammalian tissues; it mediates cell signal
transduction in response to a variety of hormones, neurotransmitters, and growth factors and participates in osmoregulation.
Inositol is used for diabetic nerve pain, panic disorder, high cholesterol, insomnia, cancer, depression, schizophrenia, Alzheimer's disease, attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism, promoting hair growth, a skin disorder called psoriasis, and treating side effects of medical treatment with lithium.
Inositol can be found in foods such as fruits (especially oranges), grains, nuts and beans. Add your preferred amount of water or fruit juice into our shaker. Then add 3 1/2 mini-scoops (750mg), shake and consume. Use 1-3 times daily.
